Abstracts til posters og mundtlige oplæg

Indsendelse af abstracts til Årsmøde i DASAMS 2026

Abstracts skal sendes til sekretariat@dasams.dk senest 2. marts 2026 kl. 12. Herefter vil der blive taget beslutning om, hvilke abstracts der godkendes til posterpræsentation på årsmødet samt hvilke forfattere der inviteres til at holde en mundtlig præsentation af deres poster på årsmødet. Alle indsendte abstracts vil blive inkluderet i abstract-samlingen.

Forfattere vil få besked om vurderingen af deres abstracts den 9. marts.

Formelle krav til abstract:
Abstractet skal indsendes som word fil, skrifttype Arial, str. 11, linieafstand 1,0. Abstract skal indeholde titel, forfatter(e), affiliation(er), Introduktion, Metode, Resultater og Diskussion/Konklusion.

Abstract må max være 300 ord (eksklusive forfattere, affiliationer og eventuelle referencer) og kan være på dansk eller engelsk. Der må medsendes max 2 figurer (man kan inkludere flere figurer i selve posteren).

Kriterier for bedømmelse af abstracts:

Framework:

1. Is the question or issue clearly stated?
2. Is the relevance of the work clearly stated? 
3. If relevant, are the method, data collection, and analysis procedures well-designed and appropriate to the question addressed?
4. Are the conclusions justified in relation to the data and/or analyses?
5. Is the abstract written clearly and organized well?

Content:

1. Is the work original? Does it present new data (if relevant)?
2. Is the work feasible, and completed, or does it show very strong promise of being completed in the future?
3. Is the topic of relevance and interest to a reasonable number of attendees?
